Blocklists

You can now block specific domains from being able to request from any active Request Center.

To add a domain to the Blocklist, follow these steps:

  • Click on Manage Account → Request Centers tab
  • Click Add domain and enter a valid domain — for example, widgetly.co
  • Click Save

To edit or remove a domain from the Blocklist:

  • From the Request Centers tab, click on Edit next to the specific domain
  • In the modal, edit the domain and save changes or delete the domain

Note: individuals requesting documents from blocked domains will not not notified or alerted that they have been blocked
